by CpU on Dec.13, 2009, under CpU News

As you can see I have been extremely busy with the new website for the 2010 CES show in Las Vegas on the 7th of January. Because of this major event, I will be covering some of the world’s latest technology to hit the market yet. I’m going to get to play and put hands on knowledge to the product and tell you exactly how I think it measures up to my high standards.

You should see  a lot of content consistently being added to the website, along with old content that will be transferred over. I encourage all of my following to be active and send me replies and get involved. I always respond to my fans, and will always look into something by request.

So take your time, check out my sponsor, and lets have a good time with quality information that is useful to everyone.

What to expect:

  • 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show
  • Sound Egg Feature – New Video, Photos, and Information
  • Star Trek Movie Review

#CES : Dolby preps for CES 2010

by CpU on Dec.11, 2009, under 2010 CES

Dolby Laboratories

2010 CES – Central Hall – Booth 9827

Dolby Laboratories, like many other CES exhibitors, have been anticipating the newest audio technologies that will soon hit the stage at the grand International Consumer Electronics Show.

With that in mind, they have started their official CES twitter account which they didn’t introduce last year for the event. They have started a pretty active following keeping their fans in-tune for the major event. Check out Dolby and DolbyCES on twitter.com.

Dolby has taken the opportunity to connect with CES related tweeters and keep them up-to-date about this high-speed event. You have any questions for Dolby about CES you can send them a question on twitter.

“Dolby Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE: DLB) today announced that it has been selected as a 2010 International CES Innovations Design and Engineering Awards honoree for its Dolby Axon desktop client software. The Innovations Design and Engineering Awards program recognizes the most innovative consumer electronics (CE) products in the industry’s hottest product categories. Products entered in this prestigious program are judged by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, engineers, and members of the media to honor outstanding design and engineering.” – Business Wire 11.10.09

I am sure I stand along side all audiophiles when I jump for anticipation as to what Dolby bring us this year for our eyes to gander, bodies to experience, and ears to enjoy.

Be sure to engage in my blog during CES, as I will be definitely following up with Dolby at their booth in Central Hall: 9827.

Image and Dolby are registered trademarks of Dolby Laboratories.
